Introduction and Scope

This document sets out the rules governing the use of all services on the 22bet platform. By visiting the website, registering an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts in the same person's name is strictly prohibited, and in such cases 22bet reserves the right to suspend or close any of those accounts.

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile number and an active email address are required.
• The name provided at registration must match the identity document submitted.
• Each mobile number and email address may be linked to one account only.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

22bet may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. 22bet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

Only deposits from a payment account registered in the account holder's own name are accepted. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and action may be taken against the relevant account.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Available withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

3.3 Payment Verification

22bet reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. If unusual activity is detected on an account, payment processing may be temporarily suspended.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement applicable to the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.

Any misuse of bonuses — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, placing artificial bets, or coordinated betting — is strictly prohibited, and in such cases the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The next bonus cannot be activated until the wagering requirement of the current bonus has been met.
• Restrictions on the use of bonuses in certain games or markets may apply.
• 22bet reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotional offer at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.

Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at odds set by 22bet. Bets confirmed before an odds change will not be re-evaluated at the new odds. However, in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds, 22bet reserves the right to void the bet.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Refunds

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In cases of match abandonment or other unforeseen events, 22bet will make a decision in accordance with its rules.

5.3 Multi-Bets and Combo Bets

In a multi-bet, all selections must win for the full amount to be paid out. If even one selection loses, the entire bet is considered lost. For example: a ৳100 bet with three selections at odds of 1.40, 1.60, and 1.80 gives combined odds of 4.03, so if all win, the return will be ৳403.

VIP Programme and Cashback

22bet's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if identified, will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to unfairly benefit from bonuses or promotions.
• Betting using software, bots, or any other automated means.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or corrupt activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds on the platform.

7.2 Consequences of Account Closure

If prohibited activity is proven, all balances and bonuses in the relevant account may be forfeited. 22bet reserves the right to make a final decision based on its own investigation.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. A delay in enforcing or a waiver of any provision of these terms shall not be considered an abandonment of that provision.
